Kiley Q. Laughlin, Ph.D., is writer, coach, and a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves based in Northern California. He has supported operations in Bolivia, 1995, Bosnia, 2003-2004, Iraq, 2004-2008, Nigeria, 2014, and Kosovo, 2009 and 2016. During his multiple deployments, he has liaised with various federal agencies, including the FBI and the U.S. State Department.
