Stephanie Puentes is the Principal of Puentes Consulting, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in training, consulting, and teambuilding in the areas of diversity and cultural competence. After a 28-year career in the high tech industry she founded Puentes Consulting to pursue her passion for a more inclusive and multicultural world. She is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, MBTI®, practitioner and for the last two years served as Co-coordinator of the APTi Diversity Multicultural & International Interest Area.
